You guys arnt that bright, the only way you are banned is if you cannot log in to PSN or any other multiplayer game,because AV reports to sony, so if you are getting the server unaivailable message you are NOT banned, this is something effecting BOTH OFW and CFW because it is a SERVER SIDE issue.
AV released a statement yesterday saying that they dropped over 100k customers, including the dev who made the statement, and that they are working with Sony to fix the issues, it is 100% random, if your account was banned you would not be able to play using said account on BOp2 on someone elses consoles because you would have a perma account ban.
furthermore the game itself will outright state you are banned and for how long, it wont give you a generic cannot connect to server message.
