1) Avoid bundles.
2) Any console that you will find on sale most of them are 3.6x (not hackable).
3) Use gamestop as reference or any online site.
4) Use common sense, if the PS3 comes with a move kit and you want to play backups or use homebrew it's not hackeable either.
3.55 stock firmware new PS3'S is not easy task to find but eventually if search more than enough you will get something.
