The only issue it is with a server is that they are blocking people on CFW from accessing them. They probably haven't definitively "banned" anybody but they are denying access to those on CFW.

well i just tried your theory and it failed. i got on latest ofw, 1st user i made a new acc then started up bo2. installed the patch and then got the same results so i don't think thats the reason...
p.s does any 1 have there # so i can call them, i wanna confirm that im not banned or somthing
