you need to use the samsung multiconsole update bin in order to get it to stop giving you the error...look for it
then after you have downgraded, update to the dual boot update.bin and continue the dual boot setup process. Dual boot only works with 3.55 cfw for now so dont try doing this with any 4.21 or 4.30 cfw
