Sounds like its a parts machine now and looks that way too. If your not using the spare parts I will take it ^_^ I'm always looking for extra parts for my launch ps3 80gb :-)

Granted you could buy all the extra cables and new blu ray drive. At end of day though, you coulda just bought another ps3 or got your girl (if you have one) something nice lol
