I'll break it down really easy so you understand better
Wiimote = Motion controller
Nunchuck = Navi controller
Sensor Bar = Playstation eye camera
Do you see what I did there? If so then you can see what $ony did. Those are not the same thing as the eye toy. Also, the original Gameboy had a camera long before $ony did.
