Just to let everyone know, i've successfully changed from E3 CFW 4.30 to Rogero's CFW 4.30:

1.) In XMB, install Rogero's 4.25 to 3.55 Firwmare. After completion, don't forget to enable the QA Flag (if needed).
2.) In Recovery Mode, install Rogero's 3.55 v3.7 Firmware.
3.) In Recovery Mode, install Rogero's 4.30 v2.0 Firmware.

Hope this assures anyone who's on E3's firmware and wants to change.
