Try turning off all torrent software to see if it will work. If not try turning off all your computers, if it keeps freezing, I don't know what to say.

I doubt that has something to do with it
My 4.21 ps3 is on another internet than my pc. I have 2 internets at my home, the only thing that's on my other internet is my 4.21 rex ps3.
Magically it worked :o I just sat permissions and it worked like a charm!
