Ah! Rating agencies! Who are they? (They're American) Who controls and rates them? (Nobody).
It’s curious to see that these companies (Sony, Panasonic) are not American and can pose some great threat to some US companies. It’s also curious that these same rating agencies are doing this same thing to many countries around the world. They are labeled as “junk” also, and the country with one of the greatest debt in the world is the US, amongst other things, go figure!
