this is were i went wrong
(my mistake BUT i think other people have done the same)
it says use the e3 10-28 update.bin i had downloaded mine from the e3 site and it kept giving me errors during the dump the log kept saying something about the bio's and not original ps3 and the only answer's google was throwing up was either re connect the chip or to update to samsung update multi consoles BUT i thought i already had it from the e3 site
then i read somewhere to try the 3rd and 5th switch up and rename the dump to pss3.bak (or watever cant remember now) ANYWAY it made the dump so it was defo connected right so i started to think wat was the problem then i downloaded the multi console update from devwiki and it had a different MD5 from the 10-28-2011 update.bin from e3 so i updated the flasher again
LOOOOOOOONG story short it worked after that so hopefully someone else reads this and it helps them to
MD5 from multi console update :8D1A10F45049B5DC1223D6008ED238DD
(this one worked for me)
MD5 from the 2011.10.28 update from e3 website :9A135131F80D48823FC44DCE55771364
^^^^^^^^^^^^^
this update didn't work even tho i only just bought the flasher and AYE only put it on my own ps3 (not any other one) it kept giving me the error in the text.log saying wrong bio's or something

I am not sure what update.bin you were using. But it wasn't the Samsung 10.28 update.bin. Because it hasn't been on the e3 site for a long time. They took it down way back in Jan. of 2012 or maybe sooner.
There is a link to it in the downgrade any pack, in the spoiler things you will need.
Sometimes that is the only update.bin that will work. Because if you make a backup and the clip is not on secure, the flasher thinks you used it on a different PS3. Because the metldr and bootloader was not read correctly.
