I have an idea of my own. Instead of banning people who ask the same questions over and over why not try to get the number of those questions asked to a minimum? This is my idea... All of us here can contribute to a sticky in the help section that has all the most commonly asked questions and a series of steps to try to fix those problems. That way if somebody needs some help, instead of just creating a new thread and asking they could check our sticky to see if the answer is there first. For example.. how many people make threads asking for help with a black screen after installing a game? in the sticky we can outline everything to fix that so the person doesn't even need to ask. Just a thought.
