There is the Zombie Nuketown as a package file here. But it is bles version. I believe there is a way to copy it to blus folder.

I installed the Zombie Nuketown BLUS pkg. Look for @
ZOMBIEKILLAH's 113 fix thread. Install the Rezurrection pkg.

, I can't believe I just wrote that. Lol...that's the DLC for the first Black Ops. I have the DLC for BLUS Nuketown Zombies though. If you want it let me know and I'll upload it for you.
