Google computer repair shops in your area, and call around and see if any of them will fix the ylod problem. I did that and found a local shop near me that said they would and it only cost me 35$ and my ps3 is 100% again and I've yet to hear fan kick into over drive lol
Start with getting the ylod fixed first.
Then worry aboot the next step after the first problem is fixed. You can pm me after u get ylod fixed and I can point u in right direction for cfw
Also if u send it out of state to fix problem people are charging 120-195$ for fix >_<
