This is missing from my rebug 4.21 REX for real. Guys am I the only one?

I'm still on rebug 3.55 and it is also missing.. I guess it's because Rebug is a mix of the retail and debug firmwares and the debug firmwares are missing most of the video settings (which is a ****** if you're using it mainly for bluray).. It's also one of the reasons Why I'm still contemplating if I'll update to the newer Rebug or to the Latest Rogero 4.3 CFW...
