First, you don't want to update to Rogero v1.00. It is one of the first versions they released and is buggy.
Rogero CEX-3.55 CFW V3.7 is what you downgrade to in Chapter 2 Part 1. If you continue with the guide, once you are on OFW 3.55, you can install Rogero CEX-4.30 v2.0.
