I am not familiar with linux, so I am not sure. But your problem may have something to do with linux.

Do you have a Windows pc in the house, you can try and see if the files show up on there?
I have no idea if can when I show properties on how much memorie is being taken it says 0% I'm borrowing my friends sd card all the computers I have is Linux

Ok I found my problem it's not the e3flasher it was my sd card I used my friend and it works fine now
