Evading a ban isn't so hard...the hard part is not to slip up. Don't backup everything in multiman load the game the original way without booting multiman...they don't check all your logs only a few and they make a decision based on what they see.

I'll give you an example. I play alot of NHL13 online. So I made sure never rip the game on multiman and just use it normally. The games you use online never dump them.

I could understand if you're on 3.55 and you have no choice since you need to fix the eboots...but if you're on higher firmware that doesn't need a fix, you're only screwing yourself by loading a game from multiman...even for a second, you don't need to be in a lobby or anything to get caught...usually when the game loads attempting to connect to a server checking for dlc could get you caught regardless.

2 weeks in playing online and so far so good...it could all change soon but I'm not going to deliberately try to get myself banned just so I could save a few seconds of loading time.

1.Stay away from any COD game as Treyarch has found a way to detect cfw and label it as cheating, which then attracts sony's attention.

2. Don't go online (might as well ban yourself )

3. Get another ps3 for online.(unless you don't want or isn't on your budget in which leads to...)

4. Never be the guinea pig...always let others experiment and when all is clear... go for it.
