Don't leave that notheros CFW installed. just run the pkg fix, toggle qa flag on, then install ofw 3.55 from recovery. Then any cfw from xmb.

If the red screen comes back after that. The only way I know to fix it, is to replace the nor chip with a new one. Then flash your dump to it, and run the rsod fix again.

If you try and stay on that cfw, you will get trophy errors. Problems with games installing data. And it will further degrade your hardware and cause a perma brick.
