I guess you're talking about skills. Those skill you can unlock even at all times in the game. Just as you have enough skill points. I unlocked all skils before I finished all the story, wanted dead and path of the hunter... So yes. Finish the Trials of the Rakyat and you'll be able to get the FULLY INKED Trophy for all the skils (i think it's called that way)

I completed all 12 trials of the Rakyat and all side quests, and still I am missing the final skill "double death from below"
There just doesn't seem to have been a situation to have performed that move
I tried on the last area before planting the explosives on the antenna: there was one guard on a tower but try as I might by distracting and hiding below him the option never came up to take em down from below....
Grrrr, is there any way to do it on a friendly or anywhere else it can be done easily?
