Ok will try that I was measuring with the drive cable off.

Getting 3.5v for the 12v and 5.15v for the 5v. How do I test the middle two?

Which prong should I solder my wire to, to get the 12v wire

Thanks for all the help, i wire it to the prong and now my blu ray drive is working fine.
