Rogero CFW, is made with the intention to unlock your PS3 features, so you can do whatever you want in the simplest way possible and the less risk of brick possible, while maintaining the OFW escence. Not very useful for developers or technical users overall, since it doesn't provide advanced (debug) options.
Obviously, for users that just want to use Homebrew and Play without having to mess with the PS3 to much you can use Rogero.
There is not some kind of association that regulate what makes a CFW better than other in the PS3 Scene, so it is basically a matter of user taste and what they are looking for.
I cannot say, hey Rogero is better than Rebug, or otherwise, because is just my perspective, ugly can be pretty to me, and what seems big to someone else might seem little to me, and so on.

Yea i guess you can think of the two cfws that way.
But if you follow itskamels rebug guide like i did. There is no tinkering with the cfw. I use it just as i used kmeaw 3.55, just play games. I dont even know what half the stuff means in the rebug toolbox. But if i ever need to use them they are there.
To me its kinda like if you buy a car in the winter time. "no give me the one with no a/c. Why? Cause its cold i dont need a/c. Oh ok. Then summer comes. Shoulda got the one with a/c especially since it was free! Lol
I know you can switch back and forth between these CFW. But i like having the options of rebug just incase i need them.
