Hello all again.
I don't like to talk about the things I have never try so I decided some days ago buy a Teensy 2.0++ and a Progskeet v1.2
Up to now, I have successfully downgraded two playstation 3, a slim version and a 80 GB phat version, with Teensy and the excelent NORway. Fast, easy and cheap. I have not found problems, just install, dump, patch, erease and flash. I am very happy with the teensy board because you can do a lot of things with it, not only flash playstation 3. Very very thanks to "judges", NORway is a powerfull and a great tool to downgrade
In the other side I try everything to downgrade a PS3 with a progskeet but is imposible. You can dump your flash but you can't write. It is expensive with a lot of features that today don't work. The software has a lot of buttons and options... Why? NORway can do the same things and only have a few and clear options! Is expensive and you can't find support.
The only thing I miss in NORway is the NAND support. I bought a Progskeet to use it with my old 60GB PS3 but I can't, as I have said before Progskeet has errors for now and you can't write.
In
ps3devwiki you can read that theoretically it would be possible if someone write the correct software, is that true?
In short, if you only want to downgrade a NOR PS3 buy a Teensy 2.0++ and use NORway. Is cheaper, easier and safer than others.
Thank you "judges" and "marcan" again for the NORway.
And sorry for my bad english, I have tried to do my best.
