I have a 40gb ofw up'd to 640gb, and a 60gb 4.30cfw up'd to 640gb and 2tb ext. only had to replace drive in each but havve hammered them nd had em since launch day. Had a 80gb bc that i put kmeaw on and a 320gb hdd and sold it for $750
