I was going to say there is a guy in that pirate area that seems to prefer a perch, close to the edge of the area. All you need to do is use a rock to hit the part of the perch where you can climb while off to the side a bit, then when he gets near the edge move in.
You have to hop onto a box to get the climb icon, and he'll probably detect you, but if you're quick you can do the takedown on him.
