Oven reflows have a lot of risks. And they usually don't get hot enough to significantly melt solder.You need a heat gun. I used an oven and pieces of the motherboard started falling off lol.

Use about 1 part rosin and 2 parts isopropyl (2-proponol) and let it flow under the rsx. Use the heat gun to make sure it's in there good, but it's not needed. It should work.
