You guys keep talking about the 3ds not being hacked, I'm fairly certain the reason that is the case is because there's really no demand for it. I have a 3ds and there's like 5 really worth while games for it as of now. The money, time and production costs of a 3ds cart wouldn't be profitable yet, not at a reasonable price anyway. I'm willing to bet you see 3ds carts start popping up when the new zelda, contra, metroid and castlevanias come out.

On a side note, Marcan has already stated that the security on the Wii U is much like the Wii in that it has plenty of holes in it. Just going by how dog sh!t slow it is to go from the wii u menu to ANY other menu, I can pretty much tell you that their code isn't exactly optimized yet.
