annelies i think you have some personal issues with your lifestyle and probably psychological, from all your posts either you r trying to quit from one of the things you stated, or you thought other people will convince you to stay healthy.
Weed, drugs and alcohol is an historical, political Debat...you can't just go around telling people to stop consuming them just because you'v seen a beautiful garden with butterflies from your window ! And expect them to do so right away !
