You all know the difference in right and wrong, and I'm not going to tell you how/what to do..
As for if it is theft, that is a deffinate no as theft requires the owner to lose the original.(the reason we are getting bunch of new laws regaurding "intellectual property")
First off I'm not banned. Now I've read a couple of posts that plainly state your cfw don't belong on psn, well cfw don't belong on 'your' ps3. Just ask sony.
PSN and Online gaming should not be lumped together. As soon as they sold you mediumless media, they do not have the right to remove your access rights(as you paid for them, they are yours. One cannot negate the sale and keep the money). They can and have done so, but that don't make it right.
If I buy a digital game put out by activion why would sony be able to tell me I cannot play it for whatever reason. Might as well have a walmart rep come and take the dice from my yahtzee game because I don't use the cup.
