I probably did sand it more than necessary and now it doesn't sit will without applying pressure to it using coins !!!
I don't think it's the connection since if this was the case i would probably get one of the LED errors and it wont take a dumb !!
I really think it's a defective flasher.
any other opinions would be greatly appreciated
