I will not be an early adopter like I was with PS3.... if I could have went back in time I would have gotten a 360 first, then a PS3. I remember walking out of the store at launch so happy but looking at my game shelf a year later and getting sad at the amount of nothing that was on it.
$400 360, $250 wii.... $650 + tax..... instead I went for the $600 + tax ps3.... stupd stupid me,. At the same time though I am glad I got it when I did otherwise I wouldnt have been able to play my collection of PS2 games on my PS3.
To everyone thinking that the PS3 will stay alive for years after the PS4 release.... well the scene almost died once already. Look at the almost 2 years of nothing. Now if we go through another 2 years of nothing, then a new console drops on top of that I would almost bet that the developer attention drops rapidly. The PS3 scene may not die but it would be on life support with the doctor calling the family to let them know it may be time to pull the plug.
