Once it is done, then leave the ps3 on, and put flash fun down, and flash the original bios again, then, turn it off. Then turn on the hdd, and turn on the ps3. If it still doesn't work, then try to reflash original bios now with the hdd on the same way, flash fun first then no flash fun after. I have had this issue before, and I just kept messing with it by flashing it in flash fun then flashing it without flash fun without shutting down inbetween. I can't remember 100%, but I think this is how I got it back to original anyway.

sometimes the doubble flash helps as you can sometimes get stubborn sectors.
the TEENSY tries to write each section 10+ times i think judges told me. if it fails the prev try.
the progskeet will check and tell you if any sections didnt write so you can re-write again.
but for some reason the E3 just says it has wrote when sometimes it doesnt.
so the way you did it finaly made sections hold the new infomation.
i hope that makes sense
