The only reason I want dumps is to confirm the Console ID offsets in later FW revisions, i can understand you said that I may not be a thief, but if you will look at my other thread on this site regarding PSID/Console ID's you will see I said im happy for any personal info to be filled with 'x's.

PSN Bans are issued via Console ID not PSID, i believe the PSID may be a hash of some sort but I'm not 100% atm.
The only thing needed for unban is a genuine console ID, no need for changing MAC/HDD Serials etc, it's just overkill and although i theorize the PSID could be a hash of something these things are not at all needed, simply patch a Genuine Console ID over a banned one, it couldn't be more simple, it will however remain at 3.55 until someone uses the offsets i posted for 4.21 or gives me some dumps and time and if you look in my other thread you will also see i've posted offsets etc for 4.21 rebug, someone only needs to make a tool to poke the offsets with a user interchangeable console ID.

PSID AND Console ID's can be dumped from the nor/nand flash.bin, I posted the offsets in my other thread, if you don't beleive me and are on 4.21 rebug, dump the flash and check the offsets using HxD (I think they are on the third page where i tell bigfishbad what to patch)
Oh and not to offend anyone, but before someone posts about the ethical implications of this, if someone gets banned for cheating, there going to get caught and banned again if they cheat again, and Console ID's are NOT easy to steal (Although there is an easy way to bruteforce them at the moment but i'm not releasing it.) so basically this isn't going to cause an increase of cheaters in the long run or anything like that, if someone is willing to get numerous of there own Console ID's banned by cheating it is surely better to not have them at all? so there isn't really a moral high-ground to take, albeit i'm sure someone will find one.
