every time i try to get a backup they all are very bad. strange thing is that if i try to to flash the original dump or a patched one the process is very quickly. my e3 flasher and clip are in good condition because just flashed 2 slim ps3 yesterday.

So you flashed your VALID dump and then made a backup? And they did not match?
This means the clip is not seated properly. Reseat the clip. Use something on top of the clip to keep constant pressure.
I guarantee, this is your problem.
EDIT - Also, clean the nor legs, and the clips pins, with 99% isopropyl alcohol.
