I put the reverter on my usb stick PS3/UPDATE/Reverter and ran in recovery menu, the message i am getting is:
No application update data was found.
Connect storage media that contains update data version
4.31 or later, and then press start and select buttons at the same time.
The version I downloaded was 4.30.
