Thanks for the feedback, please could you post your PS3 model / FW? did you have a USB HDD connected when it happened? do you have PKG files with UNICODE characters?
EDIT: I just tried it on a secondary PS3 (Slim) running Rogero CFW 4.30 (v2.03) as well and everything is working fine. Btw, the bubble appears immediately after the PKG has been processed if you press the 
button, it will have the same icon as my application.
