Hi everyone, Pleeez need your help !!
i have a valide PSID and ConsoleID, and would like use them for unbann my own ps3 which on CFW 4.30 Rogero v2.03. so i'm wondering if i can do a dump NORBIN or Dump LV2 via Multiman then editing it via winhex changing the offsets of Console and PS ID's and reflashing them using Multiman becuz i don't have a Flasher.

In case where it would be possible :
- Do i use a dump NORBIN or LV2 dump ?
- Need the correct offsets values i have to change on winhenx.
- should i rename the editing dump as my.CEX.EID0.NORBIN ?
