Well, I got it.

Basically it is:

Install CFW 4.31 in CFW switch
Extract e3 NOR
Patch with http://www.ps3devwiki.com/wiki/Talk:Bluedisk_EID0_reDRM
Flash patched nor in e3 NOR
Nor in ps3 patched Flash NOR
Update to OFW the PS3 nor
