Maybe reading more than just the title, will let you know he can't do it on OFW 4.31.
With this method we can install CFW (FOR NOW ONLY CFW 4.30 E3) without do a downgrade process from any OFW superior or inferior to 3.55 but not superior to 4.30. ( PS3 WITH 4.31 OFW FOR NOW IT’S NOT POSSIBLE, YOU POSSIBLE BRICK IF YOU TRY).
