nope
the syscon checks are the same so no de-hashing when you go from any firmware up to 4.30 to 4.30cfw
ie if you have 3.55ofw and you update to 4.30ofw you dont de-hash as this is the normal way to update the ps3
same for all ofw's up to 4.11 being updated to 4.30ofw
so if you have a firmware upto 4.30ofw on your ps3 (that has mtldr1 dont forget that)
and you patch it as if your going to downgrade
but use rogero4.30v2 then you havent downgraded so the syscon is expecting whatever firmware you had on or a higher firmware
if you put a lower firmware on then it would need de-hashing to reset the syscon to the 3.55 firmware
so
"downgrade" your current firmware to a lower firmware = de-hash
"downgrade" to the same or higher firmware = no de-hashing
i have put this as simply as i can so it can be understood better
