He fixed it.
I cant realy explain what he did, but here is a rought explanaition.
73% update process on the normal screen -> Crash -> removed hdd, formated it -> 75% update process on the normal screen -> Crash -> removed hdd, formated it -> 99% update process on the normal screen -> Crash (this happened 3 times) -> formated hdd -> rec menu number 6 with rogero 4.30 v2.03 -> ps3 is working fine now.
thanks for the tips and so on. it seems the firmware was just screwed up.
