Digiprog: It's a real shame you never received your Teensy2.0++. All I know is that I ordered mine international and it came fine no problems (received to the UK, just before Xmas). If you aren't in the States then it was most likely your local customs import / or lost. They can be asses.
For Teensy2.0++ remember to add the optional 3.3 voltage regulator to Basket before placing the order. Nobody says it beforehand: the voltage regulator doesn't come pre-included with the main item. It's only $1 extra.
And may I just add:
Judges has showed me pictures of his PS3 and its definately is a NOR console. So my point:

a free NAND console to play with himself, it seems he is rather dependant on sombody else (for example like you digiprog here) to develop and contribute the necessary NAND support for inclusion into NORWAY. To wit the quote:
