Hi, I tried to update the flasher but no lights are on. and the update file is still in the sd card even after waiting about 1-3 minutes. What shall I do?

if the flasher isnt turning on then you need to re-seat the clip (it may even be on the wrong way around)
once you get power to it than it will update.
if you have power then check you have the switches set as stated in the guide.
also check the file name is correct as shown in the guide (you may have picked the wrong one by mistake)
finaly format your sd card in the pc do a full format then start again.
