U can but it is risky. Backup your savegame. Maybe it get corrupted. Write 0 for runes and it will be patched. Write -1 tobe safer and runes will be ignored. Weapon ammo is always patched.
I work on things like a CWcheat from PSP for PS3. So maybe if it works someday no ****in' savegame cheats are needed :P
