If you are in the EU, they cannot do a thing about it.
You can sell your software on however you choose to, this includes physical media or purely digital download.
They can set in practice whatever they wish to prevent multiple copies being used at the same time, but in the EU, unless you purchase software which has a time based license, then their 'exclusive rights' clause has no bearing or validity after the initial sale......
