I have both a Progskeet & E3 Flasher.

I have downgraded 2 consoles with the E3. Progskeet is very touchy and I have not been able to get a successful downgrade.

I have two consoles. the first one is a DIA-001 and it does not have a hard drive or bluray drive. This only needed to be downgraded to remarry the bluray drive. I have read the NOR with Progskeet (Sent to forum and verified etc). However flashing the image back with progskeet would not work. So I am trying the E3 flaher but I am getting "One Key downgrade mode.fail to initialize PS3 BIOS." I have soldered the tristate to gnd.

The second console is the same deal, no hdd and no bluray drive. However it boots to the recovery menu. It is a DYN-001 board (Slim). I can not make a dump cos the e3 says PS3 is using the NOR. Did tristate to gnd and still the same error.

Any advice please.
