I guess I might have to get a Progskeet or E3 Flasher then.
I'm not too happy to have to open up my PS3 slim to downgrade it, but selling mine and trying to get a 3.55 is as much of a hassle I think.

By the way, what's the difference with solderless if I have to open up the PS3 either way?
