well that be hard to do because my ex gf fu*ck my account up when she broke up with me and rang up over 1,000.00 plus also hack my ebay account as well in the past . I got eBay straight but not paypal.

Same thing goes with his merchant account. He only accepts payment via credit card. All you have to do then is dispute it with the credit card company, who protects your purchases, and they will do a chargeback. It is really hard to avoid scammers via the Internet. It kinda comes wi the territory.
