I have a 3001A model.
I have reformatted my HDD on my PC then put it in the PS3 and I have to install the new firmware of course. But no matter what I do I am getting a No applicable update data was found message. Greater than 4.25.
I have the new 4.31 firmware on a USB drive and in the PS3/UPDATE folders.
I even tried another HDD in the PS3 and I can't get it to install. Tried a different USB drive also.
Any help? Suggestions? Need more info?
