fixed!

Running on Rebug 4.21.2 REX DEX mode with dummy_bdemu & 1.03 patch installed.(havent tried yet without the patch)

navigate to debug settings:
Boot Mode: Release Mode
Blu-ray Disc Access: BD Emulator
Transfer Rate Pacing for BD Emulator:HDD Native
