That guide is ancient, updating all the correct cIOS/slots in one go has been made very easy if you look at any of the dedicated wii hacking sites.
No disrespect to ps3hax but this really isn't the place to be asking about this stuff. Most of us here long since hacked the Wii and aren't up to snuff with the latest cIOS/slots.
A lots changed in the past 12-18 months with cIOS56 and a few others.
